This quote aptly defines my 38 years of life on this earth...

Qualifications: BA, B.ED, MA (ENGLISH), M.ED, PH.D.

Others: IELTS, CTET, HTET, UGC NET - ENGLISH, SSB INTERVIEW PASSED (TWICE)

Experience: 15 Years of Teaching and Research experience in the field of Education (INDIA, CANADA, USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZELAND) from School to University level.  

Well…Till now, I fought against so many dogmas of my life and one of the most strange and inspiring one is that, "My parents could never attend any school, college or university” but they made me like (what I am today) that I have replaced that history of my ancestors with acquiring 1st class position till date throughout all of my schools, colleges, universities life and sports life.

Even more than hundred of my students are university topper today due to my subject expertise. To be continued…

Apart from that I began my professional career as an English language teacher with the establishment of My Dreamland Digital Academy (in 2013-Present).                 

After then, I got an opportunity to teach as an English Teacher and Facilitator at four schools namely Kohinoor International Academy, Gyan Deep Sen. Sec. School (from where I passed my under matriculation) Green Field Public School and K.V. Vidya Mandir School.

Due to this work, I got another wonderful opportunity to teach English language and literature (in the same college from where I passed my graduation) where I taught for three consecutive years from 2015 to 2017 and produced college and university toppers.

After having this experience of teaching I got selected as an Assistant Professor of English in Universal Group of Institutions, Lalru Chandigarh where I have been working as teacher, script writer, content developer & writer & administrator. Due to all the excellent performances, I got promoted as Head of Department for Applied Sciences and Humanities for Universal Institute of Engineering and Technology under same institution. Since then now I have been doing progress by teaching students and training them to shape their personal and professional life.

Along with above mentioned experience I could also write / present 25 national and international research papers (published 12... rest are to be published), attended 50+ national and international seminars, conferences, Faculty development programs and various govt initiatives which falls under Department of Higher Education Ministry of Education-INDIA and abroad as well.

Additionally, I become passionate about academic research and novel writing and for same I am on my path, doing research on the history of British People, American, Australian, Canadian, Irish and Wales, African, Aboriginal literature in English, cultural theories, critical theories and linguistics. 

Finally, being a Certified Resource Person for CBSE since past years, I have been facilitating various CBSE affiliated schools in my expertise and delivered 36 Capacity Building Programme as a Resource Person on various Subjects and Generic topics.
